Dear Jimmy,
多謝你，今次的旅程全靠Jimmy和Charlie的協助，令到我們這次的旅程生色不少。
同時，我們非常欣賞Jimmy為我們安排的住宿，以及Charlie幫我們安排車出入及
介紹去那處玩行程及去那處吃飯，令我們感到非常開心及滿意，令我們樂而忘返。

Dear Jimmy,
今個聖誕節假期真係玩得好開心, 我租咗villa 1, 25/12-26/12, 真係無得彈,連我個高要求的男朋友都非常滿意,間屋直頭同相中一模一樣,無花無假,比起我去年租梅窩那間又貴又細又dirty的鬼屋,真係好好多,設備齊全,jimmy & charlie 跟得好好,又介紹我哋去玩,去食好嘢,估唔到今次個trip,會有咁好既質素,我一定會再book過, 謝謝你們的安排!
唯一要改善的地方是,麻雀枱是旅行裝的,有在船上打麻雀的感覺,如能換一張正常的麻雀枱,呢個trip真係完美呀!哈哈! 至於$150 late check out係可以接受的,知道你們會捐15%出去, 梗係無咩所謂,但係如果有多d package 選擇, 如租2日or 3日有優惠的話,我一定唔止住一晚咁少,謝謝你們,下次再見!

Dear Jimmy
Thank you for your email. My family really had a great time in your lovely house. Especially at night time we all can sit together and my parents played with the grandchildren in the spacious living room. I\'m so grateful that I can rent your house. Really want to say thank you for everything and you\'re a really kind landlord :)

我們對 貴渡假屋的評價如下：
好處：價錢合理, 地方清潔, 近巴士站, 交通方便, 可以叫外賣。
較為一般：因為在4樓, 需要氣力行上去; 水壓不夠, 另外可以在客廳添置一個時鐘。
整體總分：75分(100滿分)

Water pressure - Have contacted Clifford management for improvement. (The shower head sometimes could be blocked by sand and mud. We will check this from time to time to ensure the water-flow is good enough )

Happy to choose your house as our home. We all think the house is great. Thanks for your help and recommendation too. We will rent your house again if we have another trip next time. One more advice, i think the air-conditioner in the top floor room is not cold enough. Anyway, i think the house is really really good. Thank you!

剛剛7月11-12係碧桂園House 3 住左一晚, 地方真的很理想, 很整潔, 最難得係無煙臭味, 希望可以保持呢個水準, 整體黎講都滿意, 會推介俾朋友, 對於網上有些批評, 可以同有興趣去 租JJ既朋友講聲, 可以放心, 相信只係個人要求問題.
Jimmy, 唔該晒呀, 出發前都打黎問我地識唔識路, 講解咁多次.
Charlie, 麻煩晒妳呀, 要妳走黎走去, 又要等我地, 時間又成日改, 妳都對我地咁好, 真係唔該晒,妳好好人呀 (jimmy 記得幫我話返佢知喎. thx)
唔滿意實有既, 希望第時遲走可以唔收150蚊啦, 你知啦, 渡假屋同酒店有少少唔同既, 果度地方又大, 渡假訓晏少少, 一起身就要走勒, 你話幾無引呢.
