Thank you very much for email. I am so glad to know that the part of the room fee helps the charity. I have to say my friends and I had a very good time in the apartment. Ivy provided us with very good and attentive services which we do really appreciate it. We will definitely recommend your houses to my friends.

Sorry for my late reply. My families & I really had a great time in your Shunde villa, the kids liked it very much, we had a nice trip. By the way, l would like to say thanks to you & Charlie\\\'s mum, both of you are so helpful & cheerful!
Just one minor thing needs to point out, the TV in the big double-bed rooms are out of order.

Dear Jimmy,
Thank you for your email. Yes, we enjoyed our stay at your apartment and appreciated Ivy\'s help. We are looking forward to return with our kids again for the water world and when our younger daughter grow up to be 140cm height to enjoy everything in the Chime Long Paradise as well.
Also I want to thank you for the advise you have given during the booking stage. It is always good to have a local contact at hand during booking so that we don\'t have to QQ or call someone in China. It really makes a difference.
Good to know part of our rent went to a charitable cause. Please stay in touch, and do let us know if there any special weekend package on Chime Long and your villas so that we have a good reason to return again soon.

Dear Jimmy,
We had an enjoyable vacation in Clifford and Chimelong, your apartment is just nearby the resort club house, shops and the bus terminal that we found it so convenient. Definitely, I\'d come back again with some more friends so that I can try to stay at your villa. Btw, where is the location for the Clifford villa?
FYI, the ceiling light in one of the room with double bed was out of order, we forgot to tell Ivy upon our check-out, so you may need to find somebody to replace the light bulb.

今個聖誕節假期真係玩得好開心, 我租咗villa 1, 25/12-26/12, 真係無得彈,連我個高要求的男朋友都非常滿意,間屋直頭同相中一模一樣,無花無假,比起我去年租梅窩那間又貴又細又dirty的鬼屋,真係好好多,設備齊全,jimmy & charlie 跟得好好,又介紹我哋去玩,去食好嘢,估唔到今次個trip,會有咁好既質素,我一定會再book過, 謝謝你們的安排!
唯一要改善的地方是,麻雀枱是旅行裝的,有在船上打麻雀的感覺,如能換一張正常的麻雀枱,呢個trip真係完美呀!哈哈! 至於$150 late check out係可以接受的,知道你們會捐15%出去, 梗係無咩所謂,但係如果有多d package 選擇, 如租2日or 3日有優惠的話,我一定唔止住一晚咁少,謝謝你們,下次再見!

Thank you for your email. My family really had a great time in your lovely house. Especially at night time we all can sit together and my parents played with the grandchildren in the spacious living room. I\'m so grateful that I can rent your house.
